カベルネ ソーヴィニヨンと赤酢鮨のマリアージュ

銀座でもっとも予約が難しい店舗の１つと言われる「はっこく」の姉妹店「寿志團」をリーデル銀座店に招きイベントを開催。
合わせるワインはニュージーランド産のカベルネソーヴィニヨン主体の赤ワイン。この相性を徹底的に追求したベストマッチのネタと赤酢のシャリを12名のワイン愛好家の皆さまに味わっていただきました。

We had the pleasure of welcoming Sushi-dan, the sister restaurant of Hakkoku—one of the most sought-after dining destinations in Ginza—for a special event at RIEDEL Ginza.
The featured wine was a New Zealand red, predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon. Twelve wine enthusiasts were invited to experience an exquisite pairing: carefully curated sushi toppings matched to perfection with the wine, served on red vinegar-seasoned rice.

ミシュランスターシェフであり、クリュッグアンバサダーの「鮨し人」木村泉美シェフをお招きして、１日限りの「KRUG x RICE」リーデル・フードペアリング・エクスペリエンスを開催。
3種類のKRUGと木村シェフ考案のペアリングメニューを14名のお客様に味わっていただきました。

We had the honor of hosting Chef Izumi Kimura of Sushi-Jin, a Michelin-starred chef and Krug Ambassador, for a one-day-only “KRUG x RICE” RIEDEL Food Pairing Experience.
Fourteen guests enjoyed a carefully crafted pairing menu designed by Chef Kimura, perfectly matched with three varieties of Krug Champagne.

リーデル銀座店開店５周年記念スペシャルペアリングイベント

堀江貴文氏と浜田寿人氏によって設立された完全会員制和牛レストラン「WAGYUMAFIA」をお招きし「RIEDEL & WAGYUMAFIA」フードペアリング･エクスペリエンス を開催しました。ワインも特別に超希少生産のニュージーランド最高峰のカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンに、オーパスワンをご用意。ワインに合わせた、WAGYUMAFIAのWAGYU カツサンドとこの日限りのペアリングメニューをお楽しみいただきました。

We had the pleasure of hosting WAGYUMAFIA, an exclusive members-only Wagyu restaurant founded by Mr. Takafumi Horie and Mr. Hisato Hamada, for a distinguished “RIEDEL & WAGYUMAFIA” food pairing experience.
Guests were treated to a refined menu featuring WAGYUMAFIA’s iconic Wagyu cutlet sandwich, paired with two extraordinary wines: an ultra-rare, top-tier New Zealand Cabernet Sauvignon and the legendary Opus One.
